Casa de las Brisas, located in the Costa Azul area of San Pancho at the extreme north end of the beach, was lovingly constructed and completed in February 2005 to the owner‘s specifications. They have maintained their home and the systems which make it so special to a very high standard.
Constructed on one level and easily wheel chair accessible, all rooms have excellent cross ventilation from the many windows and sliding doors, all of which have screens. All rooms open onto the ocean view front terrace. If you are not naturally feeling a wafting ocean breeze throughout the house, then there are a multitude of appropriately placed ceiling fans at your disposal. If it‘s hot and humid, then the energy efficient air conditioning/dehumidifying systems can be turned on. A comfortable and efficient home in all seasons, where you can listen to the waves and watch the sun disappear into the ocean every night. When the sun has set and twilight begins, turn on the low voltage garden lights and terrace lamps for a magical and dreamy tropical evening.
