Héctor was born in a rural setting, in a small community in the state of Yucatán, which sparked his desire to learn languages and explore the world. He studied Tourism and Business Administration, and after graduating, he moved to Cancún, where he successfully worked in the tourism sector for several years.

Later, he spent half a year living in London, England, where he solidified his command of the English language. He then relocated to Mexico City, where he worked for over 20 years as a Customer Service Supervisor at United Airlines, one of the largest airlines in the world.

Before beginning his career in real estate, Héctor took a professional break to study French abroad, spending extended periods in Montreal, Canada, as well as in several cities in France, including Paris.

He moved to Puerto Vallarta over a year ago - a city he deeply enjoys for its diverse sense of community and the fact that it still maintains a human-scale atmosphere.

Héctor is truly excited to be thriving in the dynamic world of real estate, a field that allows him to draw on his extensive background in high-level customer service for international clients. He always places the client at the center of all his efforts, maintaining the highest of professionalism and care.

Having traveled extensively around the globe, he has developed a strong sensitivity to the cultural similarities and differences of each of his clients. He is passionate about art, architecture, design, interior decorating, ecology and other related areas, all of which make his work even more fulfilling.

Outside of work, Héctor enjoys physical activities such as yoga and running-interests that stem from his years of practicing Olympic gymnastics during his teenage years. He es also deeply committed to a healthy lifestyle.

He will be delighted to work closely with each of his clients to help them find the perfect house or apartment where new stories of happiness will unfold-or that will become as smart investment and lasting asset.
