We started coming to puerto vallarta about ten years ago. We immediately fell in love with the city and its environs. About three years ago, we began contemplating the purchase of a home in pv. We did, indeed, purchase a lovely home on playa los muertos. The bad news is that our real estate agent was not josie gonzalez. If josie had been our agent at that time, we would have avoided many problems with our purchase. However, the good news is that josie is now the only real estate agent we will ever use. I was immediately smitten with josie. She will be selling our current home in about a year. She was instrumental in finding us a new home in a prime location, which we will move into in about two years. Josie is a very shrewd negotiator, to our great good fortune. With respect to our new home, she dealt directly, not only with the developer’s real estate agent, but most importantly with the developer himself, as well his architect. Josie got us a fantastic deal! Josie enabled us to fulfill our dreams to have a fabulous new home. All the above said, i must say a bit more. Josie gonzalez is the only real estate agent that i would ever recommend to anyone wishing to purchase property in puerto vallarta. Josie is literally available seven days a week, no matter the time of day. She always returns phone calls and emails immediately. I have even had detailed discussions with josie at 6am! I truly believe that josie will become a superstar agent in vallarta – tropicasas is lucky to have her. I think i have made my point……

Tropicasa I love my studio condo that I bought looking out over the river. I appreciate the extra effort that went into my closing and assuring a clear deed. Some other owners were not so lucky and their deeds are in question because of problems with the developer at my condo. I insist that any of my friends that are looking to buy in PV use a good buyer agent with an in house lawyer. My experience has convinced me that Tropicasa is the best.

You will receive excellent customer service from the whole team, and have fun in the process! The process is quite different than purchasing in the US. Once we decided we wanted a getaway somewhere in Vallarta, the big question was to find someone Mexican like us who we could trust , feel comfortable with and who could guide us through the process within an honest and transparent atmosphere.
